I got a similar "so what" attitude from e-bay when i had a fraudulent buyer bid for a vehicle i was selling. I emailed many times and finally got told that the buyer had been suspended but tough luck as you still have to pay the listing fees.
I find this outrageous as we are all suppposed to be verified before we use ebay , but what do they care so long as they get their money. I know it is wrong, but this type of attitude on the part of ebay promotes a prejudice aganist ithout first having ermission and new users who do not have a rating as they are frequently not allowed to bid on auctions whithout permission, at the risk of having bids removed.
IS THIS THE SORT OF ENVIRONMENT WE ALL WANT TO PROMOTE??
