How long does it all take?
We will send a proof within ONE working day, and we will text to say it has been sent. Once you check it and make your payment we will print and send to you by Royal Mail Recorded delivery. Usually clients receive their invitations the day after we post but very occasionally the Royal Mail may take up to 5 working days to get your order to you, (we do not know why this is).
Why should I ask for a sample first?
We really need to know that we can use your photos, and establish communication with you in case of any problems. We make up a sample for you to approve by email, if you like it you can purchase through ebay securely, and we'll print your invitations the next working day.
My photos won't upload?
If photos won't upload it's because they are not the right type of files for printing, we can't use .gif, .txt, .doc or .pdf files. We can only use photographs (.jpeg, .jpg, .png and raw)
Will my photos be good enough?
The easiest way to tell is to look at the size of the file. If your picture is less than 500kb then it is too low quality for us to use. Photos downloaded from Facebook, MySpace, and Bebo WILL NOT WORK ... (but the originals should be good enough)
Should I edit my photos before sending them?
Since we need the photos in high resolution we ask that you leave any editing to our designers, you may crop too closely or your black and white conversion may not be suitable. We will convert to black & white / sepia and can crop & zoom your photos if they are large enough and can usually remove red-eye.
Can you take out backgrounds?
Photo touch up can be time-consuming, so we opt not to do custom editing at this time – the golden rule is if you don't want a background in please don't photograph baby with the background in.
I have photos from a photographer, but they are too small. How do I get large ones?
Chances are you have a proof CD with low resolution images. Check with your photographer to get the high resolution images.
Do you offer cards in different languages?
If you wish to have your card in another language, we will be happy to print it but you will need to provide the text. It is important to make sure that we receive the text in its original form with accents and symbols as needed.
