Hi

Yet again I have had another customer message me stating that goods never arrived!!!! so being a good seller I issued them with a full refund including postage costs and will now have to file for compensation with royal mail : (

Just rang Ebay to find out my rights and yes as per the norm seller is responsible, for goods going adrift in the post and must issue a full refund unless goods were sent signed for and have proof of signature. After issuing my customer with a full refund I thought I would take a look at their feedback etc only to find that at least 5 items have gone missing in the post etc etc.......and that was just on the 1st three pages, seems ever such a lot to me!.

When i explained this to ebay and stated that I had reported this buye,r they informed me that they will take a closer look at their activities on ebay, should they receive several other reports from sellers about the same ebayuser  stating goods never received etc, they WILL take action and could even close their account.

So guys every time you get the I havent received my item, report them to Ebay, if they are genuine then fine I know there are some decent customers out there I have many : ) but for the few that are dishonest and costing us sellers money lets get them, if we all stick together and report these people eventually we may start erradicating them from this site. Dont forget Ebay will only take action on those who have several reports filed against them, they hold the reports on the system for a period of 90 days, should they only receive one report then no action is take but several reports and they will investigate.

REPORT ALL BUYERS WHO STATE GOODS NEVER ARRIVED
