I too brought one of these tanks which before I even opened it I could see that it was damaged, and was not caused in transit. Struggled to find an easy way to return emailed them and they arranged at their expense. Would of happily accepted a replacement item, but they opted to refund. Was on occasions a little slow to respond, and some emails I had to translate from German (which was not easy). Not unhappy wiht the excersice but wasted my time, and My son still does not have his birthday present. H + F trade GmBH
