There are many experts in the fitness field who will try to tell you to do this, to do that, don't do this, don't do that. Are they right? Yes and no!

The most important thing to do to get fit and stay fit is to never give up trying to find what works for you. Just because someone else tried a particular method which didn't work for them, doesn't mean it won't work for you. Many people have a garage full of old exercise equipment which they bought with good intentions, used a couple of times, then stopped. So what! It's even more important for them to never give up. Make it your mantra - Never give up, never give up, never give up!

Sometimes, the best methods can also be the cheapest - go for more walks with the kids or dog, buy a cheap fitness video at a boot fair (or on ebay), cycle to work, buy an item of fitness equipment that someone else didn't find of use (doesn't mean to say it isn't the one piece of equipment that won't work for you!).

Results are not going to be seen overnight. Little changes in your lifestyle and a change of attitude are the most important factors to a fitter, healthier lifestyle. Believer in yourself and ignore those who will bombard you with negativity.

Remember, the most important suggestion to you, is Never give up trying!
