We have tried making is easy for our customers with large, expandable, photographs in the listing, clear and precise item descriptions and postage costs displayed. If you still need to ask us a question, we are here to help.

We try to reply to all messages within 24 hours of receiving it. Please be patient and know that we will deal with you as soon as is humanly possible. We do not delay replying because we are being awkward or because we want to keep our customers waiting.

When communicating with us, please remember that we speak English as our first language. We welcome messages in different languages and are frequent users of Google Translate, but they do not always get it right and so we ask you to have an understanding of this.

Try to be nice. Using 'please' and 'thank you' always helps and it will make us feel like human beings as opposed to robots without feelings. We make mistakes like everyone else and, when we do, we are genuinely sorry and will try to sort the situation out.

Selecting your postage

If you are buying from outside of the UK, we urge you to please use eBay UK (ebay.co.uk). This is the only place from where we will be able to combine your postage costs. If you are not comfortable using it (due to lack of understanding the English language, etc.) then we will refund any postage difference to your PayPal account as soon as we have posted your item/s.

For UK buyers we have selected a few choices. We will post your item/s 2nd Class for free. Items valued over £10 will be sent 2nd Class Signed-For. If you want your item/s quicker, all we ask is that you pay 50p upon check-out and we will then ship your item/s 1st Class. We also have a Special Delivery option available - this is the only method that guarantees a Next Day delivery (if ordered before 3pm (GMT) on a Thursday). eBay and Royal Mail clearly states that all other postage methods are estimated, so please bear this in mind when selecting your postage options.

Receiving your item/s

If we could, we would make sure that everything we leave in the hands of a delivery company would carry a tracker. Unfortunately they do not. Unless, of course, the item has been shipped using a tracked service (common with courier services, etc.).

We do not deliberately make sure that your item was damaged or late. Things happen along the way and, as we are clearly at our desks, we have no power over this. So, if your item is late - please do not make this our fault - we will post most items out within a 24 hour window. If your item is damaged - please do not blame us - we pack our items incredibly well.

Accidents happen. Delays happen. It is all a part of life, but it is certainly not the end of life.

Communicating

If you have experienced anything that you did not like - if your item was delivered late, if your item was damaged, if you received the wrong item or if you are unhappy with anything else - please get in touch. We are only an eBay message away.

All we ask is that you are nice and polite. Most of the above mentioned issues are not our fault. If you have followed all of the above steps - studying the item listing carefully, looked at all of the provided photographs, selected the right postage for your needs, etc. - there really should not be a problem. If the item has arrived damaged, let us know. If you have regrets about your purchase, let us know. If your item has been delivered late, let us know.
