Herbal Tea to Cure Insomnia

If you're suffering from insomnia, drinking this tea before bedtime can help.

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz Vervain Leaves

1 oz Chamomile

1/2 oz Spearmint

PREPARATION

Mix all the herbs together, and add to a cup of boiling water.

Leave to stepp for about 10 minutes, strain and drink.
