We ordered rattan furniture in april of 2010 and it eventually arrived in September 2010, after 35 phonecaLLS, 25 EMAILS. Absolouitely shocking and appalling service from GEMMA and KARINA. Rude and complete liars. The furniture was supposed in the warehouse, then it was with the courier. When it arrived, it was not as described. Now they have collected and we are fighting for a refund - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Trading Standards are fully aware of them. If you used a credit card, you can get your money back.
