i would recommend that you avoid homelivingonline, they are a joke. i ordered some Rattan furniture which was supposed to be delivered first week of August when i phoned to find out delivery date they said the item was in the country and will be delivered the following week. that week came and went so i phoned again to find out that it was sitting in the warehouse, but will be delivered the following week. the night before it was due to be delivered i phoned to make sure and they confirmed that it was going to be delivered. the following day at 1600 i phoned to find out what was happening and they replied that it was not coming as they had a courier issue. Enough was enough so i cancelled the order there and then.by email and phone more than once, its been over a month later and i am still fighting to get my money refunded. stay well away from this company, i would recommend trade-leisure who delivered with in 2 days and made sure everything was correct before they left first class service from trade-leisure.
