Have standards that you will follow no matter what. If your standard is money back guaranteed, then follow through. If you accept money orders and Paypal, don't go and change it to only money orders.
Follow the eBay rules. Don't scam people, because they will think your a bad buyer/seller, and they shan't buy from you again.
Make sure you only charge the actual amount for shipping. If shipping to that area costs you $3.75, charge $3.75. People get very mad usually when you charge $10.00 shipping, then find out it's only $2.00.
Answer their e-mails and questions promptly. People are impatient and won't wait for an answer. If your selling Lego for example, and they ask you "What color is the Lego?" and you don't answer, they'll move on to another listing.
If they suggest for you to change something, give you advice or get mad at you, listen to there concerns. It may help your business and, then in turn, get you the best possible feedback possible.
