3.8m Extendable Telescopic Ladder

The instructions for http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/231136072883 , fail to mention how to install the stabiliser bar since there was 2 x plastic pins in each foot, which wasn't removed during the manufacturing process, that prevented the stabiliser bar from fitting.

Once these pins were cut off flush with a Bob saw AKA ( Junior Hacksaw), the stabiliser fitted perfectly with a snug fit (might need a light tap with a rubber mallet or palm of hand), line up the holes on the Stabiliser bar with the holes on each leg so you can see through the bolt holes & insert the bolts, wind a nyloc nut on each bolt in a (clockwise) motion, then use 10mm spanners or 10mm socket & ratchet to secure the nyloc nuts on the bolts provided.

Other makes / models of ladder may vary in bolt sizes

If the 2 x Rubber feet need to be fitted on to the Stabiliser bar, now is the time to do it.

Make sure you fit them the same on both side(s) as removal could result in damaging the built in moulded retaining clips, they are a tight fit

Note: Bolt tightening

Make sure not to over-tighten the nuts or you could either strip the thread or squash the leg(s) & damage them.
