I, like many people have had problems with people copying my listing, it might not be exactly the same but the odd; paragraph, photo or even list often finds its way onto other sellers listings, who can’t be bothered to take the time to create their own listing from scratch.
I won’t take all credit for this guide, but the answer i found took me a while to find. I would quote the original source but i didn’t note it down at the time. The solution is very simple and it will stop those thieving little so and so’s from copying any part of your listing.
When you are creating your listing and have finished writing the description for your item, click the HTML tab, then simply paste this code shown below right at the end of your description. It’s as simple as that and its problem solved. Enjoy!

<SCRIPT language=JavaScript1.2>
function disableselect(e){
return false
}
function reEnable(){
return true
}
//if IE4+
document.onselectstart=new Function ("return false")
//if NS6
if (window.sidebar){
document. =disableselect
document. =reEnable
}
</SCRIPT>
<SCRIPT language=JavaScript>
<!--
//Disable right mouse click Script
var message="FUNCTION DISABLED!";
///////////////////////////////////
function clickIE4(){
if (event.button==2){
alert(message);
return false;
}
}
function clickNS4(e){
if (document.layers||document.getElementById&&!document.all){
if (e.which==2||e.which==3){
alert(message);
return false;
}
}
}
if (document.layers){
document.captureEvents(Event.MOUSEDOWN);
document. =clickNS4;
}
else if (document.all&&!document.getElementById){
document. =clickIE4;
}
document.oncontextmenu=new Function("alert(message);return false")
// -->
</SCRIPT>
