I bought my ghd straighteners from EBAY. They were a bit cheaper than I would have paid in the store and yes they were fine. However after about two months they stopped heating. I sent them to ghd in the box they arrived in to be repaired.
What a shock I got when they were returned. On inspection, unfortunately they discovered that these were not genuine ghds and are in fact counterfeit irons.
These look just like the real thing - good copies but do not comply with the high international standards of safety, unlike genuine ghd sytyling irons.
DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO BUY FROM ANYWHERE OTHER THAN A REPUTABLE SUPPIER!!!!
