If you have a dispute with paypal and you feel you are not getting anywhere then please consider the following.

If you are not satisfied and it appears the matter cannot be resolved , you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. it would depend on several factors including the nature of the complaint. The Ombudsman Service exists to help resolve individual disputes between consumers and financial firms. Each case is considered impartially and on its own merits.
