After shopping around for a small parcel to deliver to USA, Interparcel gave a competitive quote, with the carrier UPS. On the appointed day the courier didn't show up. Called Interparcel customer services who apologised profusely and promised the parcel would be collected next day. Again a no-show. My package was urgent, so at this point I asked for a refund which, in all fairness, they gave immediately. My advice is, be wary of using this company unless your delivery is non-time-sensitive and you're prepared for the possibility that you may have to make quite a few calls to them. From online reviews, it seems my experience is not unique.
