Is a negative really required????

Decent honest sellers are not getting enough support when it comes to feedback comments & ratings... Negative feedback is for unresponsive or unfair sellers!!!!
If a buyer is not happy with the service or product they have purchased then the first thing to do is contact the seller. If the seller does not respond or refuses to help then yes feel free to leave them a negative with appropriate comments.
If the seller offers a refund or replacement or is happy to help resolve your issue then it is better for both parties to resolve amicably & a negative SHOULD NOT be given.....
If you feel that the seller has mislead you in item description or your purchase is damaged then contact the seller with details & try to resolve the issue... If the item you have ordered is just not right for you this is not the sellers fault just a preference so again contact the seller with details & ask to return item. 
Negative feedback & comments should ONLY be issued if you are not happy with the sellers response...
Being polite, communicating & understanding that mistakes do sometimes happen will help you achieve better results than not bothering to make contact & leaving impolite comments..........
