J B Global --- delays

Watch OUT!!!  I placed an order with this firm early January 2010 for £700+.worth of furniture for my sons bedroom

I was told that the there was difficulty with the container from China and they still hadnt delivered the order after 10 weeks!!! Each time is was me chasing them up by email but they did reply to emails but still no furniture.

In April I asked for my money back(because of the delay) and they agreed to do that and I am still waiting!!!!!!!!!

They have twice told me the cheque has been posted  and that there was some problem with their accounts department.---mmm??

 After another email they have said they have arranged for a cheque and that was on the 19th April 2010 but still no cheque.

At the end of the day they have had my money since early January 2010.

I paid for the furniture via paypal but as it had gone over the 30 days they told me that if they refunded by PAYPAL I would be charged a fee by paypal hence my request for payment by cheque

I need the money because I have had to buy off the high street becasue I through all the furniture our (waiting for the new items) --I am furious with this firm and I am now looking a legal action against the company for my refund. This whole thing has been so stressful so be careful

I know they have great feedback but not from me----ever!!!!!!!!!!
