Find out how to organise your ebay stock if you are a private seller with JENNA's 4 BOX SYSTEM and never loose another items again!

so, like many of us eBay has taken over our lives and homes, and "stock" is beginning to be found in the strangest places around our home, i know i used to find items under the computer desk as well as under the bed! the average seller who is just clearing theirs homes of unwanted unneeded fabulous finds hasnt got the spare room, office, storage bunker, business premises to fill with these wonderful items as they await their new homes!

So what should we do so we know exactly where every item is?

i used to be in a right muddle and was often loosing stock and pulling my hair out when id "misplaced" something so now i work with
JENNA's 4-BOX SYSTEM

this can be easily achieved with a little organisation and 4 similar sized boxes - I actually use empty PAMPERS boxes as thats what i have but 4 similar boxes or storage stavcking boxes would be ideal as these can be stacked up in the corner of a room so they are neat, tidy and accesable - i now know where every item regarding eBay selling is ... if only i could organise my life so efficeintly!

so.... imagine the boxes in a stack one on top of the next and number them from the top down:
BOX 1 - Current auction
BOX 2 - Next  weeks auctions
BOX 3 - Additional stock
BOX 4  - Unsold stock

Box 1
this box holds all of my active auctions items and is worked on throughout the week so is ready to go for when the auction finishes ie. washed presseed and transferred into little bags ready just to wrap up and send out to my customer, haveing all the active listings all together means each item is instantly available if a potential customer has a question without having to hunt through a house full of items you just go to your stack of boxes take the top one off your pile and efficiently find item and can answer a question really quickly

Box 2
is my items that i am working on to finsih next week, this is the box i take photos from and write my listings from - i schedule my listings using AUCTIVIA so i can do listings at my leisure and still have them all finish at around the same time

Box 3
in my "other stock" box this is where i put all additional items i find that i could sell so they are all in one place  unlike previously when i would think "oh i could sell that lalalalala and then totally forget about it!" i needed a designated place - this box evoles into box 2 and then evenually box 1, this box is effectively the third weeks sales

Box 4
this is the unsold items box which items from box one end up if not being sent out to a buyer, these are usually relisted on a reduced listing rate day, or stay in the box for rethought i will eventually create a bundle, send as a free gift with a purchase to a buyer or if unsold three or four times will evenually go to the charity shop or be handed on to someone i think may like it!

the boxes evolve up the ladder and more stock is added but your stock does not hopefully get out of control again ..... i have been using this system for about 7 months and i havent lost anything in a while nor has my partener complained about it taking over the house in a while, i usually sell clothing and toys and for me this system works really well

IF YOU WANTED TO BE REALLY ORGANISED YOU COULD WRITE A LIST AND STICK IT ONTO THE SIDE OF EACH BOX BUT I FIND THE SYSTEM WORKS FINE AS SIMPLE AS IT IS!

oh and i also have a seperate washing basket for ebay items in the bathroom so my domestic laundry does not get mixed up with my precious ebay items - their would be nothing worse than ruining a load of washing and finding your ebay item destroyed at least i can take my time over the "special washing!" and do it when i have the time to be really careful!

this is my first guide so please be kind if you choose to vote

many thanks for your time and if you have afew more minuts to spare why not look at my items? you never know you may find something you fancy!
