How to repair a broken fastener.

Its very important to remember before attempting any repairs, that you should only do so with the correct materials for the job.

Should you need to replace a broken fastener with a new bolt ring then you will need the following
1 - 2 x fine ended pliers
2 - replacement bolt ring

Follow these easy steps

1 - Carefully remove the defective bolt ring using one pair of pliers to hold the bolt ring and the other to twist the loop end of the bolt ring to an open position. (Do not twist using the bracelet/chain as a lever)

2 - Using two pairs of pliers carefully open the loop end of the new bolt ring

3 - loop the open end of the bolt ring through the end of the bracelet/chain

4  - Using two pairs of pliers close the loop and form the closed chain/bracelet.
