ORANGE are without doubt the absolute WORST I have ever experienced. THEY cut off my phone and internet on the 11 august since then I have received NOT ONE apology I have received execrable service I have been forced to drive 30 mins to access the internet and use the phone and EVERY SINGLE ONE of their idiot customer services treats me LIKE IT IS MY FAULT!!!
My phone number was given BY THEM to SFR FOR REASONS WHICH NO ONE SEEMS TO UNDERSTAND! - Orange did not check with me and they obviously did not check with SFR and nobody seems to think this is in any way strange or negligent on anybody's part! NOW TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY ~they are hitting me with a HUGE BILL BECAUSE I ENDED MY CONTRACT PREMATURELY!!! I DIN"T!!! THEY DID!!! I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS WHOLE COCKUP!!!
I now have internet because I got in an engineer MYSELF! My phone was promised for today and now one of their idiot customer services tells me that it will be another 48 hours minimum and why should I complain it is not his fault (this is a direct quote!) I am posting this to every telecoms website on the net - it will take me some 48hrs to make sure that as far as I can contribute to Orange's already abysmal reputation I will have effectively lowered it even further!
I EXPECT: 1) AN APOLOGY FOR NEGLIGENCE
2) AN APOLOGY AND SOME HINT THAT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES STAFF ARE TRAINED TO UNDERSTAND WHO PAYS THEIR WAGES!
3)COMPENSATION FOR LOSSES INCURRED DUE TO NEGLIGENCE
4) COMPENSATION FOR EXPENSES INCURRED DUE TO NEGLIGENCE
ORANGE BETTER START THINKING PROPERLY - THE MONOPOLY POSITION THEY HAD IS GONE AND THIS SORT OF THING IS A SURE GARUANTEE THAT THEY WILL SOON JOIN PAN AM AIRWAYS AND AOL AS NAMES THAT USED TO COUNT FOR SOMETHING AND DONT ANYMORE!!!
OH AND IF ANYBODY OUT THERE HAS ANY INTENTION OF TAKING OUT A TELECOMS CONTRACT WITH ORANGE OR BUYING THEIR SHARES OR INDEED HAVING ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM - I WOULDN'T TOUCH THEM WITH AN ANTISEPTICALLY COATED CONDOM TIPPED 10 FOOT LEPER'S CRUTCH!
