How simple is this one, just pick-up a pair of kettlebells (24kg or 32kg) let your shoulders hang down, and simply go for a walk, don't let the shoulders rise up, don't bend at the elbows, it really is that easy, just remember however far you walk, you have to do the return journey, i suppose you could ' Rack' them and walk back, or maybe try a 'waiters carry', press the KB and then walk.
