Step 2 - Google Account

The first thing you will need to do once your Zoomtak Media Player has booted is either log-in to your Google account, or create one. This is usually the same account that you use to log into Google Chrome, YouTube, or - if you have one - your Android Smartphone. This won't take long.

Step 3 - Check For Android Updates

It is important to check for any available updates to the Android OS now. To do this, simply navigate to 'Apps > OTA Updater. If the updater states that there are no updates available, press the 'Home' button on your remote to return to the home screen. If there is an update available, please follow the onscreen instructions to download and install this. NOTE: After selecting 'Install', please ensure that (when prompted to do so) you select both 'Wipe Data' and 'Wipe Cache' by checking the boxes. The system may restart a few times during this procedure.
DO NOT POWER DOWN YOUR ZOOMTAK MEDIA BOX DURING THIS PROCESS

Step 4 - Populating KODI

From the Zoomtak home screen, highlight 'Apps' and press “OK” to select. From the App screen, navigate to 'Media Manager' (see image) and press “OK” to select – then navigate to KODI Add-on Install and press “OK” to select. Wait for the update process to complete, do not press cancel or turn off the box. This may take anywhere from 2min – 15min depending on your internet connection and the current load on the servers.
It is important to note that when executing the KODI Add-on install the KODI app is NOT running. If you had launched the KODI app prior to doing the KODI Add-On install, you must manually quit the KODI app by pressing the power graphic icon from within the app. Simply navigating to the home screen does not automatically quit the app, it is still running in the background. If you are unsure whether or not your KODI application is running we recommend to reboot the power on your box, by pressing the power button, to make sure KODI is not running, after reboot, powering the box back on, then run the KODI add-on installer

Try Using the Exodus Movie Addon (pre-installed)

Enjoy Streaming!

You're good to go!

Once your system is updated and your KODI add-ons are installed, press the red button 'KODI' on your remote.
To watch movies, we highly recommend using the Exodus Add-On. To launch Exodus, navigate to the “MOVIES” tab, then click on “Exodus”. From within this addon, and the many others which will be pre-loaded after the above steps have been followed, you will find the Latest Movies, Latest TV Episodes, Channels, Sports Channels, Streaming Channels and more. You may also search for movies and shows that do not appear on the default page by navigating to “add-ons” and then “Videos”.
Familiarise yourself with KODI media player. There are many apps on Google Play, and help pages on the internet to help you to do this.
One last thing – ENJOY!! Please don’t forget to leave us feedback, and if you can take the time to write a review, that would be great.
