For Anyone who  Considering  buying the Kazam Tornado aka gionee aka fly tornado aka blu .   The Kazam is Actually a Re-brand not a new handset . The Kazam suffers from a Download Pending Failure after a short time using the device the handset will stop downloading from the playstore .
This is not handset or internet connection or signal or space error this error is clearly and proven android 4.4.2  the software that the handset is shipped with. The company kazam also offer a free screen replacement this is not exactly true yes they advertise a free lcd replacement after the first year buy if you cheeck the social media feeds you will see people waiting months and months and not even seeing the  handset again.
Also the handset isnt sold with a Charger it comes with a micro usb lead in the box and as standard kazam also sold the handset with a gel case to help as the handset is very slim. this was in the contents of the box as standard.
So if you understand software and understand why you cannot download from the playstore and dont want to update your apps then ok go ahead and buy this phone the phone provides a great cpu and moderate camera you will only get a max 9GB for downloads and storage the handset does not have a sdcard slot so if you are happy with a max 9gb and what to empty the handset every so often.
The handset Does use the Otg which can be useful if you want to transfer stuff to a usb dongle for viewing on pc laptop or just to make space on the handset .
Also the Handset does get hot during use and a lot of these handset were sent back due to this error . virgin media also provide this handset on Contract if you are happpy with first hand knowledge and someone who has had this handset dismantled this handset and created a step by step guide to reflash the handset so it works correctly if not go ahead then dont blame me when the handset performs the way i have explained
