- RELEASE TENSION FROM BELT & SLIP BELT OF TENSIONER PULLEY.

- UNDO THE BOLT RETAINING THE PULLEY WHEEL ONTO THE TENSIONER UNIT (BOLT IS LEFT HAND THREAD - SO UNDO IS CLOCKWISE ROTATION) & REMOVE PULLEY.

- REMOVE THE SNAP RING RETAINING THE BEARING FROM THE BACK OF THE PULLEY, AND GENTLY DRIFT THE BEARING FROM THE PULLEY, PUSHING FROM THE FRONT OF THE PULLEY TO THE REAR. (I WOULD SUGGEST USING A VICE HERE).

- PRESS THE NEW BEARING INTO THE PULLEY (USING A SOCKET TO PRESS ON THE OUTER EDGE OF THE BEARING) AND REFIT SNAP RING. (AGAIN USING A VICE).

- REFIT PULLEY WHEEL TO TENSIONER UNIT ON CAR AND REFIT RETAINING BOLT (A LITTLE THREADLOCK IS ADVISED TO AVOID RELEASING BOLT WHEN BELT IS REFITTED).

-  REFIT BELT.
