I bought a Lay-z-spa in May 06 , by September the heater was faulty. I waited until the end of November for a replacement. This has now failed and Bestway do not want to know about replacing it, saying its out of warranty and I need to buy a new one for £150. I am certainly not going to do this. I have contacted my local trading standards and am now persuing a claim under the "Sale of Goods Act" as I do not believe the heater / pump unit is fit for purpose. When the spa works its brilliant, its such a shame the heater unit is so unreliable.
I would think very carefully before buying one.
