Anybody who has sold on eBay must have encountered or seen bad feedback at some point. It happens to the best of us, some things jut never go right, either due to postage services, damaged items in transit or missing goods.

Tips to stop getting bad feedback

1. Send your items out in a well packet parcel or container (Postal services do have a tendancy to break or damage items).

2. Be sure to answer E-mails and reply within 1-12 hours (Keeping in contact with buyers can get you out of a sticky situation)

3. Offer a refund or replacement (This should only apply if the items have been returned or had photos sent to prove the damage due to postal issues)

4.  Leave positive feedback to all buyers after marking as dispatched.

5.  Be professional, know your product and make sure you can answer questions about the item

6. Upon receiving any negative feedback, be sure to revise and follow up the feedback to let other buyers know what the problem facing was (be sure to stay professional)
