This is the best weight loss diet i have been on.  Very easy to follow and you dont have to starve yourself. The guide is after 3 days 5-7lbs weight and up to 17lbs in a week . I have lost 10lbs in 1st 3 days had to share this with you all, its worth a try got nothing to loose :)
