How to lose weight quickly and healthy only through herbs?

This is achievable and easily at a relatively low price! Senna tea is perfect for you. Do not expect instant results though everything is herbal and naturally requires time and perseverance.
What is Senna? C. acutifolia (Alexandria senna) is native to Egypt and the Sudan while C. angustifolia (Tinnevally senna) is native to Somalia, the Middle East, and India.  The top parts are harvested, dried, and graded. Both its leaves and its seeds are medicinal.  Senna is able to relieve constipation by stimulating the colon, whereby speeding along the passage of the contents.  Consequently, there is less time for fluid to be absorbed from the stool and it remains soft.  Senna is an FDA-approved nonprescription laxative.  It is used to treat constipation and also to clear the bowel before diagnostic tests such as colonoscopy.   Senna is also used for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), hemorrhoids, and weight loss. How does it work?  Senna contains many chemicals called sennosides. Sennosides irritate the lining of the bowel, which causes a laxative effect.  Side Effects & Safety   Senna is LIKELY SAFE for most adults and children over age 2 when taken by mouth, short-term.  Senna is an FDA-approved nonprescription medicine.  Senna can cause some side effects including stomach discomfort, cramps, and diarrhea.  Senna is POSSIBLY UNSAFE when taken by mouth long-term or in high doses.  Don't use senna for more than two-three weeks. Then make a break for atleast a week. Longer use can cause the bowels to stop functioning normally and might cause dependence on laxatives.  Directions for use:  Ready to use after the filter bag has stayed for 2-3 min in 200 ml boiling water.  Taken once a day, evening, after meal. Try to drink no more than two cups a day, for no more than 2-3 weeks
