Mamas & Papas

We also had problems with Mamas & Papas. The baby's Great Grandma spent a fortune to her (over £250) on a baby buggy/pushchair. Within weeks and only been used a handful of occasions as we had a larger pushchair/travel system. The handle to close the buggy had broken. Mamas and Papas said they would do nothing until the buggy was out of its 1 year warranty. Before that we had to deal with the company we bought it from. It was bought over the internet from a shop hundreds of miles away so the cost would be prohibitive to send the buggy to them to send it to M&P.Even then if M&P feel the damage was not a manufacturing fault we would need to pay for the delivery and repair. So we have at least a cost of £30 to send it to M&P via the local baby shop, plus repair costs! The saga continues.
