mobile repair or just a rib off waiting to happen .MY 13 YR OLD DAUGHTER WANTED A PHONE AND WANTED TO BUY ONE WITH HER POCKET MONEY AND MONEY FROM HER UPCOMING BIRTHDAY OFF A LISTING SHE HAD FOUND ON EBAY THE SELLER WHO HAD LISTED THE PHONE WITH A SPEAKER FAULT A MOTAROLA RAZOR FLIP PHONE FOUND THE SELLER TO BE VERY HELP,THOUGHT GREAT. MOTOROLA V3 WE RECEIVED THE PHONE AND AS EXPECTED IT HAD A FAULT,SO WE CONTACTED a  REPAIR SERVICE  SENT HIM A LINK TO THE PAGE OF THE PHONE WE BOUGHT AND ASKED HIM TO REPAIR THE PHONE AND CHANGE THE FASCIA'S TO THE PINK ONE'S SUPPLIED AND HE COULD KEEP OTHER SETS THAT CAME WITH THE PHONE,HE GAVE US A PRICE AND WE WHICH WE ALSO PAID AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS WE CONTACTED HIM AND HE SAID IT WAS DUE TO BE SENT OUT IN THE MORNING AND WOULD SEND THE TRACK AND TRACE NUMBER OUT THAT EVENING WHICH NEVER HAPPEN WE LEFT IT FOR 4 DAYS STILL NO SIGN OF PHONE OR TRACK AND TRACE NUMBER,SO WE CONTACTED AGAIN BUT NO REPLY FOR A WEEK SO WE REQUESTED SELLER DETAILS WHICH WAS A NONE EXISTANT NUMBER,SO WE TRY THE OTHER USER NAME AND THIS TIME THE TEL NUMBER WORKED WE SPOKE TO THE EBAY MEMBER WHO STATED IT WAS HER DAD THAT DID THE REPAIRS AND THE ACCOUNTS WERE IN HER NAME AND WOULD GET HER DAD TO CONTACT ME WHEN HOME FROM WORK,HE DIDNT PHONE BUT SENT A EMAIL MESSAGE SAYING HE HADNT DONE THE SPEAKER RIBBON REPAIR AND HADNT CHARGED US FOR IT SO HE SENT ANOTHER INVOICE WHICH WE PAID,AND WAITED ANOTHER WEEK BEFORE CONTACTING HIM BY EMAIL WITH NO REPLY AGAIN AFTER A 2 DAYS i PHONED THE HOUSE AGAIN AND ASKED WHAT WAS GOING ON,AGAIN i SPOKE TO THE DAUGHTER WHO TOLD ME HER DAD HAD POSTED THINGS THAT MORNING,AND SHE WOULD ASK HIM TO GET IN TOUCH WHEN HOME FROM WORK,WE WAITED BUT NO CONTACT THAT DAY AND DECIDED TO WAIT TILL AFTER 6PM THE FOLLOWING DAY TO TRY AND SPEAK TO HER DAD NIGEL,WHICH I DID AND HE TOLD ME HE HAD DROPPED THE PHONE TO THE POST OFFICE AND WOULD PICK UP THE TRACK AND TRACE NUMBERS THE NEXT DAY FROM HIS FRIEND AT HIS LOCAL P/O.WE DIDNT RECEIVE IT AFTER 2 DAYS SO i SENT ANOTHER EMAIL STATING i WAS GOING TO CONTACT EBAY,WHICH HE REPLIED GIVING A TRACK AND TRACE NUMBER WHICH WE COULD TRACE THE PHONE,BUT EACH WHEN WE ENTERED DETAILS JUST SAID STILL IN PROCESS,AFTER A WEEK WE CONTACTED HIM AGAIN AND WE TOLD US THE LABEL HAD COME THE BUBBLE WRAP HE HAD PUT THE PHONE IN (WHICH WAS STRANGE COS WE SENT IN A BOX) AFTER 2 DAY WE REQUSTED THE NEW TRACK AND TRACE NUMBER WHICH HE SENT AND DID THE SAME PROCESS DETAILS NOT AVAILABLE TRY LATER. 3,4,5 DAYS STILL NO SIGN,SO i CONTACTED HIM AGAIN AND HE SAID HE HADNT SENT IT BECAUSE OF A PROBLEM I ASKED IF HE HAD CHANGED THE COVERS WHICH HE SAID NO HE HADNT AND HE WAS SORRY FOR MESSING US AROUND BECAUSE OF BEING SO BUSY AND HE WOULD DO IT THAT NIGHT AND POST OUT NEXT DAY 2,3,4,NO PHONE NO TRACK AND TRACE NO.SO WE LEFT THE 1ST NEG FEEBACK AND COMPLAINT WITH EBAY.
