Mondeo Mk3

I have had my Mondeo 2.0 TDCI (130) for just on five years. Bought it at just 1 year old from main dealer. This car has been fantastic and a doddle to own. I had 2 issues on purchase, leaking in passenger footwell and handbrake adjustment. Both remedied quickly under ford recall to main dealer. It is true there are known faults with this model, but I have found that they are not expensive to put right. Rear sub frame bushes cost about 80 pounds to sort. Bear in mind that in 5 years of ownership it is still on its second pair of boots!!!. Front pads due to be replaced soon. First time they have been changed. One diesel injector failed in July 2008. Repaired by local diagnostic centre. Excellent car and a joy to drive. Very quick and economical. Buy and enjoy!!
