Having read a critical guide on the common fault with Acer N35 power connectors I would like to add that my Acer developed the same fault but my experience with Acer customer service was the opposite of that experienced by Veeandell and I have nothing but praise for the service level I received.
The repair was carried out promptly under warranty with all costs being met by Acer including courier pick up and return. Yes I had to wait a while when first connecting to their customer service department but that is true of a lot of call centres theses days.
