WHY DO THEY START GETTING NASTY,CALLING YOU A LIAR AND THREATENING YOU.THEY HAVNT TAKEN OUT INSURANCE SO WHY SHOULD I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GOODS LOST IN THE POST.IF YOU DONT REFUND YOU END UP WITH NEGATIVE FEEBACK AND OFTEN EVEN WHEN YOU DO REFUND YOU STILL END UP WITH NEGATIVE.USUALLY THEY GO VIA PAYPAL WHO SEEM TO GIVE EVERYONE THERE MONEY BACK.IM GETTING FED UP WITH THIS ON EBAY AND HOW DO YOU KNOW THEY DONT HAVE THEITEM AND ARE JUST TRYING IT ON?
