NO NOTICE/NO WARNING - UNFAIR NEGTIVE/NEUTRAL FEEDBACK!

I can't be the only person to experience this problem.

Have you ever recieved a negative/neutral feedback wihtout prior notice?

You all know that when you leave negative/neutral feedback you have to tick boxes one which states "I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT SELLER PRIOR TO LEAVING FEEDBACK"?

So why do spiteful people tick this box when more often than not they haven't tried contacting us,

I'm sure were all the same that we would prefer to resolve the matter than recieve bad feedback. More often than not its at our own expense too.

This is an ongoing problem for us sellers, and unfair feedback should be revoked if the buyer doesn't try communicating with the seller prior to leaving feedback. Does anyone agree?

ALL WE ASK IS THAT PEOPLE COMMUNICATE WITH US PRIOR TO LEAVING FEEDBACK - INSTEAD OF UNFAIRLY DAMAGING THE SELLERS REPUTATION!!! WE WILL RESOLVE MATTERS/PROBLEMS - WE DON'T BITE!
