My husband and I have been starting to sell items on E-bay and number of them being car related.
One very nice gentleman who purchased an item from us accidental wrote a negative feedback on our account which was ment for someone else. He then wrote underneath what he had done and confirmed he was happy with his purchase from us. However because he had already put negative feedback it lowered our 100% positive feedback.
Although we and the buyer both contacted E-bay to ask for the negative comment to be removed it never has been.
We now feel this doesn't look good when people purchase items from us, as we always check a sellers feedback before purchasing an item.
