Ever since the negative feedback option has been removed for sellers its opened up the floodgates for every penny pinching, benefit claiming low life who wins a £20.00 item for 99 pence & expects Selfridges service & quality & then blackmails you by email to give them a partial refund or they'll leave negative feedback?
Ebay then mails you to say your standards have dropped and if they don't improve within 30 days you'll be suspended from trading? W.T.F.!!!!
Ebay...you need to look a bit closer here & identify just who your customer is & where your loyalties lie.
