The Nokia E63 is a professional QWERTY mobile phone with lots to offer and a reasonable price tag. It appears to be a wider version of the E71 business model and although it is made of plastic and not metal, the E63 maintains the quality feel of a high class device. The QWERTY keypad ensures the phone has a user friendly layout and this model has all the functionality of its business counterpart. The impressive 2.4 inch QVGA screen boasts 16 million colours and is great for watching films, if converted to MPEG4 format and saved to a memory card. The Nokia E63 also has good browser capabilities and performs well with the most complex of sites.

You’ll also find a 2 megapixel fixed focus camera on board with flash and QVGA video record. There’s 110MB of internal memory, which can be expanded up to 8GB using a microSD card. Memory cards are hot swappable, which means they can be removed and another inserted without switchi9ng off the phone. Another useful feature of the E63 is the 3.5mm headphone jack which affords the use of ordinary headphones to enhance the audio experience of the phone. In summary the Nokia E63 is an economical and impressively functional mobile phone which has a relatively streamline design. Although it lacks the GPS feature of its E71 counterpart, it is still a reliable and desirable phone. Available in two colours; Ruby red or Ultramarine blue.
