I have noticed a huge upturn in foreign sellers using non geographic postcodes to hide the fact that they are not sending goods from the UK.
Some of the returns procedures are criminal and stop you from getting a full refund.
So an item purchased for £16.99, only took two weeks to arrive, arrived faulty, seller says return it with a covering letter, then take a photo of the proof of postage to a different email address.
Went to post office and the item cost £12 to return with tracking! As its return address is to Hong Kong, not the UK.
Still no sign of my refund too.
Have been caught out a few times like this and much prefer to buy from UK sellers that really are UK sellers.
