I have just canceled my pay pal and ebay account after only 7 months with 278 positive feedbacks out of 278 so i have 100% feedback but just before christmas i sold two LTD edition racing car prints on ebay they were in the frames and glazed so i put in the listing pick up only or arrange own courier the winning bider sent a courier to pick up the prints i spent over 2 hours wraping them the courier picked them up and i got positive feedback but three days later the prints arived back to me with the glass broken and the prins wrecked so i phoned the buyer to find out what was going on he said he had recived them brocken and said don't worry i have them insured for £250 but he only paid £95.89 for them so i said what should i do with them because of all the broken glass we have a small dog and there is glass all over our living room he said just get rid of them so i did.
over three weeks later he sent a text message to my mobile saying he had not recived the prints and if i did not refund him the £95.89 + the £26 for the cost of the courier he was going to contact pay pal and make a none receipt clame sure enough he did the same night lucky i still had the receipt from the courier and pay pal asked me for the tracking number i gave them what i thought was the tracking number but i gave them the number at the top it turned out to be the wrong tracking number so they took £95.89 + there fee for the plesure of another £3.46 total £99.35 they said they had emailed me sevrel times but i did not get one single email from them i only found out when i logged in to my pay pal account i have tryed to get the money back it is impossible so i was so mad i have closed both pay pal and ebay accounts and i want nothing more to do with them how can i get the money back.
