I liked to say, on having read, the guide, paypal protects buyers, not sellers, I am sorry, but it cut's both ways, having been rip of by a bogus seller, file a dispute, well here's my advice,
buy from a seller who willing to give you contact details, if item over 50.00
see if they have the paypal logo, protects buyers up to 500.00 GBP.
check feedback , stick to 100% sellers, or at most 2negs, and at least 50 feedback, otherwise paypal will not cover sale.
asked if they can proved they are verified at address given to ebay.
look at photo is it a stock picture, BEWARE!!, IF IN DOUBT DO NOT BID.
most good sellers will do this, it sorts out the ones who are trying to rip you of, as in my case and 8 others, paypal charge each of us 15.00 fee to get our money back, as seller had below 50 feedback, contact details were false.
ask questions, it saved a whole lot of trouble later, with a dispute.
