Do not use PayPal, if fraud is committed on your account they will not compensate you for their mistake.
Their apparently superb buyer protection is supposed to prevent fraud and spot it right away, yet I had to contact PayPal (which can be quite difficult) when two sums of money for the exact amount were taken from my bank account which occurred overdraft charges.
Basically when PayPal screw up with your account they will not refund you for THEIR mistakes. It is not part of their policy to compensate their customers.
It can be very difficult to access the contact us page on the website and if you do get to speak to someone, when they become fed up they just hang up.
I had to get the financial ombusdman to sort my problem and PayPal have now agreed to compensate me however I have still not received the money and it has taken over a year to sort out.
