I BOUGHT A LAPTOP WHICH WAS DISCRIBED AS LIKE NEW.  IT WAS RUBBISH. IT HAD PARTS OF THE CASE MISSING, WHERE IT HAD BEEN DROPED, IT KEPT LOCKING UP OR SHUTTING DOWN. ALL MANNER OF FAULTS. THE SELLER WOULD'NT ANSWER E-MAILS. SO CONTACTED PAYPAL USING "THE BUYERS PROTECTION" SERVICE.  WHAT A FARSE!!! THEY TOLD ME TO GET AN INDEPENDANT REPORT AT MY COST (£51) THEN TOLD ME TO RETURN IT TO THE SELLER, AGAIN AT MY COST (£19). THEN I WAITED FOR REFUND BUT THEY SAID THE SELLER ONLY HAD HALF THE MONEY IN HIS PAYPAL ACCOUNT SO THATS ALL THEY COULD LET ME HAVE UNTIL ANY MORE MONEY TURNED UP IN HIS ACCOUNT.  MEANWHILE HE RESOLD THE LAPTOP ON EBAY, THIS TIME DECLARING ALL THE FAULTS I.E. SUITABLE FOR SPARE PARTS. BUT THIS TIME HE MADE SURE NOT TO USE PAYPAL AS A METHOD OF PAYMENT. 

PAYPAL IS NO PAL EXCEPT TO THEMSELVES
