SINCE RECEIVING AN UNFAIR NEGATIVE I FEEL I NEED TO ADD THIS PAGE TO REASSURE ANY POTENTIAL BUYERS AS TO WHY SELLERS LIKE MYSELF ARE SUFFERING UNCALLED FOR NEGATIVES LATELY LEADING TO A LOW PERCENTAGE FEEDBACK, WHICH DOES NOT REFLECT MY SERVICE AT ALL (PLEASE READ THE REST OF MY FEEDBACK)....

RECENTLY I RECEIVED A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM AN OVERSEAS BUYER AS THEIR ITEM HADN'T TURNED UP. AS ALWAYS I TRIED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND STAYED IN TOUCH AND OFFERED TO SEND PROOF OF POSTAGE.... LOW AND BEHOLD OUT OF THE BLUE I GET A NEGATIVE FOR AN ITEM NOT TURNING UP!!! SO I AM NOW RESPONSIBLE FOR ROYAL MAILS BLUNDERS & THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO, POWERLESS AND DISAPPOINTED AT RECEIVING AN UNFAIR NEGATIVE.....

EBAY HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED THEIR FEEDBACK RULES WHICH DOESN'T ALLOW SELLERS TO LEAVE NEGATIVES - WHAT A CRAZY IDEA! ALTHOUGH I HATE RETALIATION FEEDBACK I'M SURE THE BUYER WOULD HAVE TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE BEFORE LEAVING A NEGATIVE AND PERHAPS  ALLOWING ME THE CHANCE TO OFFER A REFUND...

I'M NOW SCARED TO DEATH AS A SELLER AT HOW EASY IT IS FOR BUYERS TO LEAVE NEGATIVES, AS I'M SURE MANY OTHER SELLERS ARE FEELING THE SAME (WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU)!!

SO I WILL NOW INSIST ON OVERSEAS BUYERS PAYING FOR 'INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR' AT £3.50 PLUS THE COST OF P&P. THIS SHOULD PREVENT ANY FURTHER 'UNCALLED FOR' NEGATIVES FROM BUYERS ABROAD & PERHAPS ROYAL MAIL WILL TAKE BETTER CARE OF ITEMS WITH THIS SERVICE???

I WILL  ALSO POST TO THE UK FROM NOW ON USING 'RECORDED SIGNED FOR' DELIVERY AT AN EXTRA 72p PER ITEM
