I previously wrote a guide to stretching shoes by filling a sandwich bag with water (sealing first) and putting them in the freezer and when turned to ice the shoe would stretch slightly and could be continuously done until comfortable.
I have a little tip for shoes that have a clear PVC band across toes with massive results. A dancer friend of mine used to find it hard to find these shoes to fit, then one day she used a hair dryer on the PVC and for a short while would soften and you could stretch them by putting your foot in again this can be done before wearing. This has saved me from many returns of shoes being too tight. Why don't you give it a go? especially before returning a pair back to us, it will work for you too :)
PVC dance and TV exotic shoes need stretching?
