After the worst experience with a courier ever, I would not recommend this mess of a company if they where the only one that remained in the world. Tracking said that the parcel had been collected, but was still sitting by my front door. Live chat is hopeless. Call them & costs are 10p per minute. Avoid at all costs, which will be passed on to you as the customer.
Pay the extra pound or 2 to use a company that does what it says.
