Be very careful how you respond to emails from pay pal as I recently received a scam e-mail saying that my account had been frozen due to security issues. Luckily I had read pay pal's advice the previous day and recognised that the email was not quite right, however it was fairly near a regular pay pal email. Make sure that they refer to you as your user name and full title and pay pal never ask you to use links from any email. This one was asking me to send photocopies of personal documents which immediately set the alarm bells ringing, however without looking too carefully it was very close. I forwarded it to pay pal who have confirmed that it was a scam. Pay pal have advice on their site on how to avoid the scammers and I'm glad I looked.
