Rattan furniture, appalling service

I purchased some Rattan garden furniture from homelivingonline and they assurred me it was exactly what I wanted and would be delivered exactly when I needed it. It was 3 months late, not as described, FLATPACKED and not what I wanted atall. When I spoke to the office muppets, Karina and Gemma, they were arrogant, dismissive and unprofessional - _ i would not let them walk my dog, let alone deal with members of the public. After numerous phonecalls and emails, I got a full refund, but had to recruit Trading Styandards in Dorset to help me. Keep away from this company - they are appalling and elusive.
