READ THE FEED BACK
I have been an Ebayer for a while, and whilst my buying will never set the world on fire, I believe that you should pay for the goods as soon as possible, and likewise receive the goods as soon as possible.
Alas, I did not take notice of my own advice. I recently purchased a guitar, budding Eric Clapton or mid life crisis? Before choosing the seller I read their feed back, which was mostly good, but I should have taken more note of the Negative, which when I first read it I thought was sour grapes from a few buyers, and as this seller has a vast number of items shipped out every week, did not think that it was that bad.
I should have gone with Gut instinct! I waited, and waited but no guitar, I emailed, but no reply, so I telephoned "it's in the warehouse for shipment" great it's on it's way........... No, still no guitar, so I phoned again and again and again and... well you get the picture.
In the end I had not alternative but to start a dispute and after a long wait finally got a refund via Paypal.
I thought I might have recived the guitar during this period, or sorry email but no. All I got was negative feed back against my otherwise unblemished record!

READ THE FEED BACK AND LISTEN TO WHAT OTHER BUYERS ARE TELLING YOU
