I was actually asked this question by someone who had been reading my other guides, so I thought I'd give the answer to everyone who reads these guides.
The pocket sprung & memory foam is supposed to give better support. I’ll explain why.
Reflex foam is basically sponge. If you were to push down on a large sponge then the area around your hand would also slope downwards.
With pocket springs each spring works independently, so if you push down on one spring it will only compress that spring. This means that the support from the pocket springs is more localized to the area where it is needed.
I have actually been told by an osteopath that if you can’t afford pocket sprung with memory foam, then you should go for pocket sprung only (rather than reflex foam & memory foam).
Some people said that the reason I say pocket sprung & memory foam are best is because I sell them. The truth is that I sell all types of memory foam mattresses, and would actually make more profit if you were to buy a reflex foam & memory foam mattress because they aren't on special offer.
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU FIND THIS GUIDE HELPFUL OR NOT.
