Reparo's Terms & Conditions

1. Goods
Specific goods offered on this webshop are to be installed exclusively by trained technicians at a specialist workshop and not by the end user. Damage to any part due to incorrect fitment is not covered under warranty.

2. Payment
We accept payments through PayPal and Bank Transfer. You have up to 7 days to make a payment.

3. Postage
We will dispatch your order within the same day if you order before 12 o'clock CET/CEST. Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail 48 (4 working days) and Royal Mail 24 (3 working days) for UK-based customers and Polish Priority Mail for international customers (4-10 working days). Please do not pay too much attention to eBay's estimated delivery dates as they are rarely accurate.

4. Warranties
4.1 All Reparo products come with a two year warranty, giving you peace of mind if they should become faulty within 24 months of purchase.
4.2 You can make a warranty claim by contacting us. Please don’t forget to bring your original receipt of purchase from Reparo.
4.3 Damage to any part due to incorrect fitment as well as faults due to fair wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

5. Right to cancel
Here in Reparo days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order  without giving any reason. We recommend you contact us through eBay and we will respond with the return address.
